We’re pleased to announce the successful completion of two new high-quality industrial units at Proxima Park, delivered for Delancey and providing a combined 98,000 sqft of new warehouse and office accommodation.
• Unit 510 – 53,000 sq ft
• Unit 520 – 45,000 sq ft
Both units have been delivered to an enhanced specification, incorporating modern office accommodation, dock-level loading access, dedicated car parking and high-quality landscaped surroundings. The result is flexible, modern industrial space designed to meet the requirements of future occupiers.
Sustainability has been a key focus throughout the development, with both units targeting BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A+ rating.

Works continue to progress well at DP World London Gateway on the new 2050B unit, an 800,000 sq ft build-to-suit logistics facility being delivered for the future tenant.
A key construction milestone has now been reached, with the mid-bay steelwork successfully completed, marking significant progress in the delivery of the scheme and paving the way for the next phase of construction.
CSA is proud to be providing Project Management, Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying services as part of our ongoing relationship with DP World, supporting the successful delivery of this major logistics development.
CSA is pleased to announce the successful Gateway 2 approval for our project at the John Radcliffe Hospital on behalf of Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The project involves a major upgrade to the Women’s Centre air handling units and associated infrastructure, supporting critical services including Maternity, Newborn Intensive Care and Gynaecology. These improvements will help ensure the facilities remain compliant and fit for purpose for years to come.
Following submission in September 2025, Gateway 2 approval was granted in May 2026, marking a significant step forward and enabling mobilisation of the works. This achievement reflects the collaborative efforts of the client team, designers and contractors throughout the approval process.
CSA continues to support public sector clients in navigating the Building Safety Regime for high-risk buildings, combining strategic commercial advice with a focus on safe and effective project delivery. We look forward to progressing this important scheme to the next stage.
