We’re pleased to announce the successful completion of two new high-quality industrial units at Proxima Park, delivered for Delancey and providing a combined 98,000 sqft of new warehouse and office accommodation.

• Unit 510 – 53,000 sq ft
• Unit 520 – 45,000 sq ft

Both units have been delivered to an enhanced specification, incorporating modern office accommodation, dock-level loading access, dedicated car parking and high-quality landscaped surroundings. The result is flexible, modern industrial space designed to meet the requirements of future occupiers.

Sustainability has been a key focus throughout the development, with both units targeting BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A+ rating.

A fantastic project to see reach completion and a great result for Delancey and the wider project team.

We’re proud to announce that Phase 2 at Prologis Park Beddington Lane, Croydon has achieved BREEAM Outstanding certification.

The development comprises three separate warehouse/production units — DC5A/5B, DC6 and DC7 — delivering a total of 96,000 sq ft, alongside office accommodation and associated external works including a new site entrance.

Achieving BREEAM Outstanding reflects the Clients commitment to delivering high-performance, sustainable industrial space and represents a significant milestone for the scheme.

A fantastic achievement by the whole team involved in the design, delivery and collaboration across the project.

Great progress is being made at Plot 10, Patchway Industrial Estate, Bristol, where Bath Demolition is undertaking the site clearance and demolition of the former J Sainsbury’s logistics depot and associated external areas, which can be seen here: https://lnkd.in/erisCRzs

This important phase of works is paving the way for the delivery of two best-in-class industrial and logistics units, targeting BREEAM Outstanding certification.

Once complete, the units will be delivered to a high-quality Cat A specification, setting a strong benchmark for sustainable industrial development in the region

Commencement of Phase 3 works at Longwell Green Retail Park has now begun as part of a comprehensive full-site redevelopment programme. Phase 3 comprises the demolition of the existing trade counter units in preparation for the construction of three new drive-thru units. CSA are appointed as Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent on behalf of CBRE Global Investors.

Site commencement at DP World London Gateway on the new 2050b Unit, providing an 800,000sqft logistics centre to be built to suit the tenant. CSA are providing project management, employers agent and quantity surveying services as part of our ongoing relationship with DP World
