Guy joined the practice in 1989 and became Senior Partner in 2011, being responsible for overall business development and strategic project delivery and account management. At project level, Guy has managed large retail accounts and been in charge of large and challenging projects in the commercial, distribution and residential sectors.

Ross joined the Practice in 2003 and became a Partner in 2015, managing our Central London Office. Ross specialises in Residential, Commercial and Living sectors. Ross has a proven ability to successfully meet targets and deadlines in highly demanding working environments and through his due diligence and dedication is developing our client base in Central London.

Mark Turner joined the Practice in 1998 and became a Partner in 2002. Mark is based in our Leatherhead office and specialises in Industrial, Healthcare and Retail sectors. Mark is the key account holder for many of our Clients providing a consistent approach and leading a first class project delivery with his team.

Lee joined the Practice in 1999 and became Partner in 2007. Based in our Leatherhead office, Lee specialises in distribution schemes, integration of large scale tenant fit-out works, on behalf of tenants, funds and developers, offering high level quantity surveying and project strategy skills. Lee has a proven track record of delivery of quality construction projects, within tight programme constraints and strict cost parameters. Lee also heads up the University Framework team undertaking projects for the past 15 years on frameworks for Oxford, Kingston and Southampton universities.

Daniel joined CSA in 1997 and is a Partner based in the Leatherhead Office. Daniel is a lead member of the practices industrial and retail team acting as QS & EA for Developers and End Users on schemes from Feasibility through to Final Account.
Daniel specialises in providing early-stage cost advise and in working closely, and positively, with Clients and project teams to support a successful project delivery.

David joined the practice in 2006 and became a Partner in 2017, managing our Leeds office. David specialises in the Retail and Commercial sectors. David has a wealth of experience of working with retailers, delivering innovative cost management solutions including procurement and reporting systems, as well as supporting industry initiatives.

Fortune joined the Practice in 2022 and is an Associate Partner based in our London Office. He specialises in High-Rise Residential, BTR, Co-Living, PBSA, Prime Residential and Commercial / Mixed-Use developments. With over two decades of London and UK industry experience, Fortune provides strategic cost management and commercial advisory services across residential and commercial projects. He supports clients throughout the full project lifecycle, from early feasibility and procurement strategy through to construction delivery and final account agreement, ensuring robust commercial management and successful project outcomes.

Eliot has extensive experience in the Retail and Industrial sector. He is responsible for cost management of projects from desktop appraisal to completion on site. Eliot has also performed the
role of Employer’s Agent and Project Manager on a number of projects.

His methodical and analytical work ethic combined with his considerable experience in various work sectors and his willingness to challenge all aspects of the construction process, can bring added value and benefits to project delivery.

Gordon joined the Practice in 2021, he is an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a decade of expertise, primarily in the logistics and industrial sector. Specialising in cost management, contract administration, procurement and financial control of large-scale logistics parks and warehouses. Proficient in handling complex projects, maximising resource efficiency, controlling costs, and minimising risk while delivering projects on programme.

Jack is an established Associate who has been with CSA for the past 13 years. He is highly respected by the clients he works with and consistently provides clear communication and sound advice. Jack always strives to ensure that clients have the information they need to make well-informed commercial decisions.

Oliver joined CSA in 2018 after returning from a period teaching in Japan. He joined to support the healthcare team and has been an Associate with the Practice since 2022. Oliver has a speciality in the Healthcare sector and particularly in complex contract procurement such as Frameworks and Measured Term Contracts. Oliver has a strong understanding of the legislation governing public procurement and has proven to be able to support clients in strategic delivery of budgets within financial years. Oliver is the senior staff member within the Oxford office.

Mark joined the Practice in 2015 and became an Associate in 2017, as part of the Leeds Office.

Mark specialises in the Retail sector and in particular the Fuel And Energy side working across both New Build and asset upgrade projects.

Mark has delivered demanding fast paced rollout programs for major property acqusitions as well as undertaking high risk projects dealing with fuel contaminated sites and environmental sensitivities.

Jim joined the Practice in 2017 and became an Associate in 2022, working out of our Leeds office. Jim specialises in Retail fit out projects. Jim has a track record of successfully meeting targets and deadlines in highly demanding working environments and managing single projects to multi site programmes of work

Tom re-joined the practice in 2021 specialising in retail, commercial, high end office fit-out, student accommodation and industrial projects previously. Since joining CSA Tom has managed the industrial, healthcare and non-food retail arm of the Leeds office. Tom consistently meets targets and deadlines in challenging environments, and through his diligence and commitment, he is successfully expanding our client base.

Anthony joined the Practice in 2003 and was appointed an Associate in 2005. Anthony is a dedicated professional and exceptionally versatile, having worked in numerous sectors and on a diverse range of schemes which has greatly enhanced his ability to understand clients and end user requirements and deliver projects within challenging budgets, environments and under sensitive or demanding conditions.

Anthony has a wealth of knowledge with cost modelling, planning and procurement including commercial, residential, hotels and laboratory projects and is well accustomed to the process and procedures required by private and public clients including Healthcare or Higher Education Clients and End Users.
