A key construction milestone has now been reached, with the mid-bay steelwork successfully completed, marking significant progress in the delivery of the scheme and paving the way for the next phase of construction.

This project comprised the demolition of existing industrial buildings and the construction of two new Grade A units across separate sites: Unit 1 (60,000 ft²) and Unit 2 (12,000 ft²). Both units were designed with a strong focus on sustainability, incorporating PV panels, EV charging infrastructure, and green roofs to achieve BREEAM Excellent and EPC A+ ratings.
CSA were appointed by Valor Real Estate Partners LLP to provide Cost Management and Employer’s Agent services across all RIBA work stages, ensuring successful delivery from project inception through completion.
