New 995m2 modular single storey Urology Unit with a first floor 350m2 plant room. The unit, installed by MTX Contracts, comprised of new modular buildings with a mixture of composite cladding and brick slip rain screen to the external walls. Internally the space was comprised of patient waiting areas, consultation rooms, recovery areas and minor operations theatres. The completed building was installed to meet full HTM and HBN standards throughout and is anticipated to achieve BREEAM Excellent rating.
