Replacement of existing chiller units on the roof of the A-Block building with 2 new Air Source Heat Pumps and 4 new water-to-water heat pumps, which were installed in a new packaged plant room on the roof of the building. The works involved significant new heating and chiller water distribution, insulation and BMS installation to support the new system. Chillers were lifted from the roof, and a temporary chiller system was rented for the duration of the works bringing new air source heat pumps online.
