CSA is providing Employers Agent and Quantity Surveying services for the transformation of the former Diageo headquarters in Park Royal, London, into a high-quality hotel destination. The project has secured planning consent and is targeted to start on site in Q3 2026. The development involves the adaptive reuse of a six-storey office building, converting it into approximately 429 guest rooms with a mix of support and amenity spaces. The scheme includes features such as a gym, co-working areas, cafés and lounges, designed to serve both hotel guests and the local community. A sustainable retrofit strategy underpins the proposal, retaining the existing structure to reduce embodied carbon and improve environmental performance, while incorporating modern design and technical solutions to support the building’s new use. The project plays a key role in the ongoing regeneration of the Park Royal area and showcases best practice in urban reuse and sustainable development. CSA’s involvement encompasses commercial oversight, cost planning, procurement advice, and contract administration in support of delivering quality, value and risk-aware delivery for the client team.
