New build car park part of the Epping Town Centre Regneration project. This involved EV Charging requirement for 5% active spaces to be made up of 7 Rapid 22kWh chargers and 10 slower 7kWh chargers. Highways S278 Works involved remodelling of the roundabout, surrounding roads and provision of new car park access maintain access to surrounding business throughout.
