B67 Health Sciences

Major refurbishment and alteration of designated areas for Health Sciences including associated works in the occupied and operational Building 67. Throughout the project the building remained operational as the phased works progressed within the busy Highfield Campus. The works included extensive internal layout changes/alterations, electrical/mechanical upgrades, ICT installations and modifications (data, wireless, audio visual). Provision of teaching spaces, open plan office space, specialist research laboratory and Skills and Simulation hospital ward suite as well as the creation of a replicated training Flat accommodation with full mobility equipment installations, kitchen and bathroom.
