Big Yellow, Staples Corner

New flagship self storage and flexible workspace facility comprising the design and construction of a six storey building plus lower ground floor providing approximately 18,200 m² of self-storage space (Use Class B8) together with ancillary offices and flexible workspace (Use Class E). The project includes extensive external works, access improvements, and sustainability features designed to achieve BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating.

ICS Elective Recovery

New 995m2 modular single storey Urology Unit with a first floor 350m2 plant room. The unit, installed by MTX Contracts, comprised of new modular buildings with a mixture of composite cladding and brick slip rain screen to the external walls. Internally the space was comprised of patient waiting areas, consultation rooms, recovery areas and minor operations theatres. The completed building was installed to meet full HTM and HBN standards throughout and is anticipated to achieve BREEAM Excellent rating.
