CSA is appointed as Employers Agent and Quantity Surveyor for a landmark hotel development located adjacent to Edinburgh Airport and the Royal Highland Centre, creating a prominent gateway building at a key entry point to West Edinburgh. The project involves the delivery of a new 204-key hotel, operated by Radisson, designed to serve international travellers, business guests and visitors to the region. The hotel will feature a variety of high-quality amenities, including a top-floor restaurant and sky bar offering panoramic views across the airport, the Royal Highland Centre and the iconic Forth Bridges. The architectural response carefully reflects both the natural and built context of the site, drawing on a rich interplay of historical and contemporary influences to establish a distinctive and enduring presence on this strategic Edinburgh arrival gateway. CSA’s role encompasses comprehensive commercial and contractual oversight, including cost planning, procurement advice, contract administration and risk management, supporting the client team to deliver quality, value and programme certainty.
