Strip out and Refurbishment of the former Debenhams anchor unit at the Arc Shopping Centre, Bury St Edmunds. The project brief was to form a new shell for the incoming tenancies, Primark and Everyman Cinema. Significant fire separation works were required to split the unit into three tenancies across 3 floors.
