We are delighted to have been part of the team for this project with Addington Capital which has won a Distinction Alliance Awards at the International Construction Project Management Association Awards. The project won for being ‘the way forward for many conversations from office space to residential’, trendsetting and finding new uses for city centre buildings. Additional challenges from Brexit, COVID 19 and the proximity to Heathrow airport were all resolved, with cost savings achieved and quality. The Client Team consisted of TPS Project Management, Change Project Consulting, Twelve Architects and the Main Contractor was 3ACE.

Here is to David Timbs who, on the 31 March 2021, retires from CSA after 28 years of fun, laughter, beers and tears. David’s selfless approach has helped make CSA what it is today, from opening our Leeds office, partnering on some amazing projects and people with ASDA and to mentoring and helping all the people in our business.
Here is to you David, enjoy the beers and cricket and as you say, onwards and upwards!
Steelwork is now on site for Plot 4030 at London Gateway Logistics Park. During the current healthcare crisis due to COVID-19 we have been working alongside several large healthcare trusts as key workers to complete existing projects, including new build intensive care and neonatal ICU facilities and also new projects involving the creation of COVID wards by converting existing wards into intensive care facilities. This has involved our team visiting site throughout lockdown and working alongside the Trust and other project team members to ensure the COVID wards were opened at the earliest possible time on strict budgets. We have also completed several ward refurbishments at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and West Middlesex Hospital
