Ruils 2024 Golf Day

Another great day of golf and raising money for such a great local charity. Well done to the CSA team and all of our evening guests who helped the charity raise just over £11k for their Counselling service.  It costs them £257 to offer a series of 12 counselling sessions to a client in need of support, which really can change their life, so to raise enough in one day to support 44 clients is fantastic. We look forward to supporting this again next year and increasing the number of trips in the very popular CSA beer buggy!

Biodiversity COD with The Surrey Wildlife Trust

Some of the CSA Leatherhead Office and family had the opportunity  to visit the Surrey Wildlife Trust at Nower Wood to walk in the lovely forests and understand more about Bio Net Diversity and how this relates to our industry.

We look forward to visiting again , thanks to Charlie and the Surrey Wildlife Trust.

GOSH

We are delighted to be working with GOSH and their Estates Team on their backlog maintenance projects. Current projects includes toilet refurbishments, conversion of existing Male and Female toilets into two gender-neutral toilets, corridor refurbishments including new lighting and emergency lighting, and works to the existing ventilation and ductwork systems.

21-25 Bruton Place

Great progress at 21-25 Bruton Place to create new modern office and retail space in the heart of Mayfair. CSA are delighted to be supporting BEAM and the Design Team on this project.

Handford Homes Project

Ground Remediation has been completed or this project, successfully tackling all the environmental concerns with this site. We are looking forward to continuing our role as QS & CA on this sustainable development in Ipswich

APC Pass

CSA are delighted to announce James Barry MRICS and Aqsa Ahmed MRICS have passed their APC in the November sitting. Huge congratulations to you both! 

Cottis Lane Multi Storey Open

Great news that the new multi storey car park in Cottis Lane is now open and well done to the whole delivery Team. CSA are so pleased to be supporting Qualis and Epping Forest District Council on the delivery of this first scheme along with other progressing schemes in the wider redevelopment programme of Epping Town Centre.

Kingston Road SEN School

Planning granted for the new build SEN school and community hub in Raynes Park. The project combines a SEN school for children with dyslexia and dyspraxia, a community hub and 9 residential apartments on the 3^rd and 4^th floors. We look forward to continuing working with the Design Team and Client on this exciting community project.

CSA at Rame Charity Football Event

Huge congratulations to Rame for another fantastic charity football tournament on Wednesday. CSA were delighted to enter a team and narrowly missed out on retaining our 2022 title. Well done to all the teams that entered and braved the wonderful British weather!

Plot 3020A Well Under Way at DPW London Gateway

The external envelope has commenced at Plot 3020A in DPW London Gateway Port facility. The scheme is to provide a turnkey distribution Unit of 100,000ft2 for Magnum Logistics Limited. CSA are providing PM, QS And EA services.
