Cottis Lane Multi Storey Open

Great news that the new multi storey car park in Cottis Lane is now open and well done to the whole delivery Team. CSA are so pleased to be supporting Qualis and Epping Forest District Council on the delivery of this first scheme along with other progressing schemes in the wider redevelopment programme of Epping Town Centre.

Kingston Road SEN School

Planning granted for the new build SEN school and community hub in Raynes Park. The project combines a SEN school for children with dyslexia and dyspraxia, a community hub and 9 residential apartments on the 3^rd and 4^th floors. We look forward to continuing working with the Design Team and Client on this exciting community project.

CSA at Rame Charity Football Event

Huge congratulations to Rame for another fantastic charity football tournament on Wednesday. CSA were delighted to enter a team and narrowly missed out on retaining our 2022 title. Well done to all the teams that entered and braved the wonderful British weather!

Plot 3020A Well Under Way at DPW London Gateway

The external envelope has commenced at Plot 3020A in DPW London Gateway Port facility. The scheme is to provide a turnkey distribution Unit of 100,000ft2 for Magnum Logistics Limited. CSA are providing PM, QS And EA services.

PC for Plot 4040 at DP World London Gateway

Plot 4040 is now completed please see below a time lapse video provided by Readie Construction, the Main Contractor on the scheme. The finished unit is a 119,000 ft2 industrial warehouse with offices and external yard at the DP World London Gateway Logistics Park.

Farewell to our Iconic Riverside Office

The Partners of CSA have decided that after 42 years of happy and successfully times at our iconic offices on the banks of the River Thames it is time for us to move.

So it is with great pleasure we can announce that we will start 2023 in our exciting new offices at Cedar Court in Leatherhead and our Southern team look forward to welcoming you there.

We will always have fond memories of Riverside but look forward to many more happy years at Cedar Court.

The Base, Crawley

Practical Completion has been achieved for the two new units at The Base, Crawley for Marchmont Investment Management. CSA have been involved in this project from inception and it involved the demolition and site preparation works to the top of formation level before construction of two new warehouse units of approx 86,000sq ft and 144,000sq ft with associated external works including a new access route from Fleming way. This project is a superb example of a BREEAM Excellent-rated development.

Ealing Studios Planning Approval

Great news on the planning and well done to the Team. CSA are so pleased to be supporting Starwood and Pella Real Estate as QS/EA on this iconic project.

Planning Achieved for 5 Sites in Epping

We are excited to share that planning has been achieved for 5 sites as part of the Qualis Sustainable Redevelopment of Epping Town Centre. CSA have been working alongside Qualis, IMB Management and the rest of the Design Team since 2020. Once built the sites will include a new leisure centre, a new multi-storey car park, commercial units and 269 high quality new homes.
