New 102,000ft² warehouse and office scheme built to suit for Magnum Logistics Limited with associated car parks, yards and access. The scheme has achieved a BREEAM “Outstanding” rating and EPC rated A classification. The scheme required an exceptionally quick programme to meet the tenants access requirements and exit from their current property. This required close liaison throughout the scheme to ensure further tenants enhancements were incorporated in a timely and successful manner throughout the design and construction of the scheme.
