Commencement date for the Warrington MSA Project

PC for 21-25 Bruton Place

Practical completion has been achieved at 21-25 Bruton Place – The challenging but rewarding project in the heart of Mayfair has now completed. The whole project team worked hard to achieve a high quality conversion of three individual buildings into a single mixed use unit with a glulam/CLT vertical extension including a fabulous roof terrace all with sustainability at the forefront of the design. CSA undertook the Quantity Surveying role from the initial brief to completion

Jenkins Lane PC

Our team is delighted to announce the successful completion of Valor’s Jenkins Lane Redevelopment project. This project included the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of 4 new detached Grade A Warehouses totalling 215,805ft2 including infrastructure works. Each warehouse has a secure yard and separate parking facilities. This project achieved BREEAM Excellent rating and includes ESG features such as EV charging stations, LED lighting and PV roof panels. Well done to everyone involved in this project.

Big Yellow – Planning Permission

We have been working alongside Big Yellow and the design team and are pleased to announce that planning permission has been granted for a new Self Storage facility at Staples Corner, Brent Cross. The scheme comprises of the redevelopment of the existing car dealership into a six-storey building that will provide a total of up to approximately 17,600 sqm of self-storage floorspace. The development also includes externally accessible storage units, to support business customers.
