DP World began developing its logistics park adjacent to their London Gateway port facility in 2013. Since then, we have been involved in the development of seven industrial units, three of which were delivered as build-to-suit facilities from the outset. In 2023, DP World commenced a partnership with a major high street retailer to deliver an 800,000 sq ft flagship MHE-assisted logistics centre in the South East. The scheme required three specialist warehouse chambers with haunch heights of 27m, 24m, and 21m respectively, together with an associated Vehicle Maintenance Unit.
