Great progress is being made at Plot 10, Patchway Industrial Estate, Bristol, where Bath Demolition is undertaking the site clearance and demolition of the former J Sainsbury’s logistics depot and associated external areas, which can be seen here: https://lnkd.in/erisCRzs
This important phase of works is paving the way for the delivery of two best-in-class industrial and logistics units, targeting BREEAM Outstanding certification.
Once complete, the units will be delivered to a high-quality Cat A specification, setting a strong benchmark for sustainable industrial development in the region

Commencement of Phase 3 works at Longwell Green Retail Park has now begun as part of a comprehensive full-site redevelopment programme. Phase 3 comprises the demolition of the existing trade counter units in preparation for the construction of three new drive-thru units. CSA are appointed as Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent on behalf of CBRE Global Investors.
Site commencement at DP World London Gateway on the new 2050b Unit, providing an 800,000sqft logistics centre to be built to suit the tenant. CSA are providing project management, employers agent and quantity surveying services as part of our ongoing relationship with DP World
This project comprised the demolition of existing industrial buildings and the construction of two new Grade A units across separate sites: Unit 1 (60,000 ft²) and Unit 2 (12,000 ft²). Both units were designed with a strong focus on sustainability, incorporating PV panels, EV charging infrastructure, and green roofs to achieve BREEAM Excellent and EPC A+ ratings.
CSA were appointed by Valor Real Estate Partners LLP to provide Cost Management and Employer’s Agent services across all RIBA work stages, ensuring successful delivery from project inception through completion.
