Phase 3 at Longwell Green
Commencement of Phase 3 works at Longwell Green Retail Park has now begun as part of a comprehensive full-site redevelopment programme. Phase 3 comprises the demolition of the existing trade counter units in preparation for the construction of three new drive-thru units. CSA are appointed as Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent on behalf of CBRE Global Investors.
2050b Underway at DP World London Gateway
Site commencement at DP World London Gateway on the new 2050b Unit, providing an 800,000sqft logistics centre to be built to suit the tenant. CSA are providing project management, employers agent and quantity surveying services as part of our ongoing relationship with DP World
Successful Completion of Valor Tottenham Project
This project comprised the demolition of existing industrial buildings and the construction of two new Grade A units across separate sites: Unit 1 (60,000 ft²) and Unit 2 (12,000 ft²). Both units were designed with a strong focus on sustainability, incorporating PV panels, EV charging infrastructure, and green roofs to achieve BREEAM Excellent and EPC A+ ratings.
CSA were appointed by Valor Real Estate Partners LLP to provide Cost Management and Employer’s Agent services across all RIBA work stages, ensuring successful delivery from project inception through completion.
Commencement date for the Warrington MSA Project

PC for 21-25 Bruton Place
Practical completion has been achieved at 21-25 Bruton Place – The challenging but rewarding project in the heart of Mayfair has now completed. The whole project team worked hard to achieve a high quality conversion of three individual buildings into a single mixed use unit with a glulam/CLT vertical extension including a fabulous roof terrace all with sustainability at the forefront of the design. CSA undertook the Quantity Surveying role from the initial brief to completion
