Clarnico Quay Completed
A fantastic meanwhile and maker space project has completed at Hackney Bridge for Make Shift. This project has transformed a temporarily vacant 6,110 sqm site on Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park into a cluster of workspaces. This will provide opportunities for small businesses, artists and makers, including community event space, and food, drink and retail markets. It will also include public indoor and outdoor spaces and communal facilities for local people to use and enjoy.
Hybrid Theatre PC
Practical completion has been reached for the new Hybrid Theatre at St Marys Hospital, Paddington for Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. This project comprised the complete strip out, remodelling and refurbishment of the existing clinical accommodation to provide a new Hybrid Theatre, control centre, patient prep and anaesthetic room on the 4th Floor of the Hospital.
Two-storey extension at Bluewater Shopping Centre well underway
The new two-storey extension at Bluewater Shopping Centre is well under way with the steel frame and flooring complete and roof and cladding now progressing. Once complete this suspended extension will provide new Upper Mall and Mezzanine levels with the service yard continuing to operate below the extension.
NICU Expansion Works – Phase 1 Complete
Phase 1 has completed for the NICU Expansion works at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital, which comprised the construction of a steel framed extension to the existing NICU unit located on the 3rd floor of the hospital and the refurbishment and remodelling of part of the existing NICU unit, including internal fitting out and full hospital services installations with 14 serviced medical pendants. The existing NICU unit remained fully operational during this initial phase of the works, which will now transfer into the new areas ahead of Phase 2 starting. Once all phases are completed the new facility will be a state-of-the-art redeveloped 42-cot NICU designed to care for babies born from 23 weeks. This major redevelopment will allow staff to treat for an additional 150 critically ill babies every year in a world-class patient-centred environment, while at the same time providing better facilities for families and loved ones.
Roche Unit PC
Practical completion has been reached for the new 53,400 sqft Warehouse Unit for Roche Diagnostics. This new building will provide Roche with their first purpose built medical diagnostic equipment storage and distribution facility in UK

We are already pleased to be working with IVG and this panel also focuses on L&G’s residential development businesses whose housebuilding capabilities cover a wide range of sectors of the residential market, from affordable and social housing, shared ownership, buy to rent and build to sell as well as their own modular factory. Shop Direct at East Midlands Gateway reaches PC
CSA acted as the owners and tenants representative for Shop Directs new 897,000sq ft fulfilment centre at the East Midlands Gateway. The development consists of a 552,000sq ft automated fulfilment centre with 75 docks and 345,000sq ft of internal mezzanines. The scheme required close coordination of the automation and fit out requirements with substantial tenants enhancements to the warehouse area including lighting, heating and sprinkler installations being incorporated during the contract period.
